Lei-Out Registration 2009

Please complete the form below and click 'Sign up' to proceed to the payment process through PayPal. The tourney fee is $30 per player and there is a 10 player minimum when registering your team. You must pay with a Visa or Mastercard via PayPal as checks will not be accepted this year. Payment must be received and confirmed before the registration process can be completed.

Remember, you are not actually registered for Lei-Out '09 until you receive a confirmation email from the Registration Team.
